Consent Agreement

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

It is the policy of iSi North America Inc. that customers (i) may not receive cooperative advertising funds for any advertisements that advertise any iSi North America product at any price below the minimum advertised price established by iSi North America for that product, which minimum advertised prices may be changed by iSi North America from time to time at iSi North America’s sole discretion; and (ii) may not use any iSi created or owned images in any advertisements that advertise iSi North America product at a price at or above the minimum advertised price established by iSi North America for that product.

Images include electronic, print and video formats and are of our products, brands, logos and trademarks. Cooperative advertising funds are payments from iSi North America to customers based on meeting certain requirements while advertising our products

Customers will be asked, prior to receiving images and/or prior to iSi North America agreeing to commit to cooperative advertising to sign a letter of consent to adhere to our MAP Policy. In the case of images, failure to do so will result in iSi North America requesting the return of any images and the discontinuation of their use. In the case of cooperative advertising funds, failure to do so will result in iSi North America either not making the payment or requesting repayment of funds already paid.

This policy does not restrict our customers in terms of the price they want to charge for products purchased from iSi North America, and our customers remain free to advertise the prices they deem appropriate in advertising to which iSi North America does not contribute any funds and in which no iSi North America images are used.
