Italian Soda

1 oz. of flavored syrup
8 oz. of carbonated water from the iSi Soda Siphon
Top with whipped cream from iSi Cream Whipper if you'd like.

To make an Italian Cream Soda float 1 oz. of Half and Half on top before adding whipped cream.


iSi Product Operating Instructions

Soda Siphon: Insert the measuring tube firmly into the siphon bottle. Fill the bottle with cold water until it reaches the bottom of the measuring tube.

Insert the long thin tube with tube gasket into the bottle through the measuring tube, forming a tight seal against the measuring tube at the neck of the bottle. It should not rise above the bottle neck. Screw the siphon head firmly onto the bottle.

Insert a gold-colored soda charger into the charger holder and screw it onto the siphon head until the charger is pierced and gas is released into the bottle. Shake the bottle vigorously, then unscrew the charger holder and charger. Screw the protective decorator cap onto the threading. To obtain soda water, press the lever gently and direct the jet of water at the inside wall of a glass.

For Whipped Cream: For each recipe please use the following instructions. For Mini Whip and Easy Whip Half Pint, cut the recipe in half. If using a quart-sized whipper, double the ingredients and use two cream chargers.

Fill bottle with ingredients as per recipe. Make sure that the gasket is firmly in place on the underside of the head. Screw the head evenly and firmly onto the bottle. Do not cross-thread. Insert cream charger into the charger holder.

Twist charger holder onto head until gas is released. (You will hear a slight hissing sound.) Use only one charger per filling. Shake cream whipper briskly 2 or 3 times. Unscrew and remove charger holder and discard used charger. Replace cap on cream whipper.

Hold bottle vertically (nozzle downwards) and press the lever to dispense.
